Our client is a global player in the logistics and transportation services sector, headquartered in the United States. It has a long history, with roots dating back over a century. Over the years, it has evolved into one of the world’s largest third-party logistics (3PL) providers, serving a diverse clientele.

They offer a comprehensive range of services designed to facilitate the efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain. It serves as an intermediary between shippers and transportation providers, offering a variety of transportation options, including road, rail, ocean, and air freight, as well as intermodal solutions.

They are now looking for a Billing Representative to join their team in Manila, Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Printing of BIR Billing Statement, Credit Note, Official Receipt and Acknowledgement Receipt.
• Deposit of collected cheques to bank.
• Lodge bank payment for Overhead transactions
• Filing and storing Finance related documents
• Encoding of all VAT to BIR VAT Relief Database
• Encoding of all Expanded Withholding Taxes to BIR Alphalist Database
• Updating of receivables account
• preparing and sending of SOA to clients
• Other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will need to have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business-related courses.
• At least 1 year experience as accounting related functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Applications.
• Keen attention to details and highly organized
• Good communications skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to render overtime to finish daily task
