ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will lead the execution of the Supply Chain strategy and deliver stakeholder satisfaction in line with company targets. It will bring together all aspects of team and supplier performance management into a cohesive end-to-end Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations function and driving continuous improvement to achieve strategic aims and objectives.

RESPONSBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure ongoing success of customer relationships.
• Drive acquisition of new business that gives an ROI as per company target.
• Customer communications and retention strategies.
• Category and Supplier Management
• Effective and efficient operations and OTIF delivery
• Data strategy to support all of these.
• Evaluate risk and ensure mitigations plans are in place.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing department-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

• Knowledge of developing and delivering functional and business strategy
• Drive for results.
• Commercial management – Very strong commercial and numerical aptitude
• The ability to decipher complex information.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and supplier negotiations
• Experience leading a team in a high challenge, high support environment.
• Strong supplier performance management and relationship building experience Extensive Supply Chain / Distribution experience and expertise.
• Excellent communicator with strong written and presentation skills
• Exposure to grocery, food manufacturing or OSR industry desirable
• Ability to speak Korean and Mandarin would be advantageous.
