ABOUT THE ROLE

The main responsibilities include working closely with customers to gather their requirements and lead design workshops. As a software professional, you will use your expertise in implementing and supporting complex software or applications to write specifications and support configuration and testing processes. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the actual implementation of the product, ensuring that it meets the client’s needs. Additionally, you should have a strong interest and experience in supply chain or omni-channel commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

• Overall responsible for solution delivery for respective client applications and modules.
• Lead and conduct functional design workshops and effort for client applications.
• Participate Host Interface design efforts from client perspective.
• Manage and coordinate effective communication with the development team.
• Functional description/ business requirements reviews and extension design.
• Review the extension design with technical lead and quality analyst.
• Work with Prod Ops and R&D for complex extensions design review.
• Conduct configuration workshops of client products and advice on configuration documentation.
• Create and work with customer to review Unit, System and SIT /UAT /Mock Go-live test scripts/cases.
• Support Unit Test, System Tests and SIT / UAT / Mock Go-live plans; including advice on data setup needs.
• Participate in interface testing.
• Support conversion planning and execution advisory.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Owns issue triage from client perspective for client reported issues.
• Manage implementation preparation and issues resolution.
• Responsible to take the issue through full lifecycle between various organizations in the process of triage and resolution, like working with PSO technical team, R&D and Prod Ops.
• 30% travel required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field or related work experience.
• 7-8 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization.
• 7-8 years of experience in warehouse management software implementation and consulting. Hands on experience with Manhattan products is preferable.
• Customer oriented, self-motivated and team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Quick learner with strong interest in learning new products and solutions.
