ABOUT THE ROLE

The Master Franchise Director Supply & Operations will act as a subject matter expert on best practice in change management processes related to the transition of agreed markets to the MFZ business model. They will coordinate efforts with stakeholders to improve those processes and manage the changes associated with the implementation of Master Franchisees (MFZ) across Asia Pacific.

In addition to managing the in specific countries, the role will also be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for the use of supply chain services into MFZ’s. The RMFZM will also be responsible for the development and management of the ongoing relationship with the MFZ’s.

RESPONSBILITIES

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement a disengagement plan and transformation strategies to enable the smooth transition of markets to MFZ model with minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Support the transformation with the development. facilitation. and communication of clear transition plan, providing guidance to the teams for effective adaptation.
  • Conduct impact assessments to track affected teams and processes, risks. And dependencies and take proactive steps for mitigation.
  • Liaise with the MFZ business leaders to manage the phasing of transition plans and timelines, supporting the schedule development and ensuring all agreed changes are executed at agreed milestones Continuously review and deliver a periodic report on the transition: highlighting bottlenecks and improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain constant communication with relevant Subway stakeholders through the disengagement process.

KPI’s

  • Development of structured disengagement plan and roadmap (including timeline) for defined markets
  • Project milestones according to roadmap completed on-time.
  • Clear communications plans created and delivered via regular meetings and in writing.
  • MFZ revenue generation to meet agreed ROI targets as determined in the Service Delivery Model
  • Meet agreed Master Franchisee customer SLAs.
  • Periodic review and report on potential new business development opportunities with existing MFZ customers following the transition.
  • Targets for total value of new business to be delivered by MFZ channel and agreed by June 2024 (e.g. xxxx AUD p.a.)
