About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Project Manager/Lead Business Analyst.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving one of the major initiatives in their Transformation journey across multiple products within their organisation.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Skills, Experience, & Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:

• Business Transformation Expertise: We are seeking a Project Manager/ Lead BA who has an extensive portfolio showcasing successful contributions to complex Business Transformation projects. Your proficiency in identifying critical transformational aspects, strategizing effective solutions, and aligning business objectives will be instrumental in the project’s success.
• ERP/WMS/Systems Integration Proficiency: A strong background in executing Major ERP/WMS/Systems Integration Transformation/Upgrade projects is pivotal. Your familiarity with the intricacies of these projects, encompassing the holistic view of their impact on the organization, will be instrumental in guiding their transformation.
• Master Data Acumen: Your profound understanding of Master Data and its far-reaching implications will be integral in streamlining their transformation efforts. Your ability to navigate and optimize Master Data management across diverse systems and processes will significantly contribute to the project’s efficacy.
• Business Architecture Insight: We seek an individual who comprehends the foundational underpinnings of Business Architecture. Your ability to align business processes, systems, and strategies to drive transformational outcomes will be pivotal in shaping their future state.
• Requirements Management Excellence: Proficiency in Requirement Gathering and Requirement Traceability Matrix creation is a prerequisite. Your meticulous attention to detail, coupled with your ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements, will be a cornerstone of their project’s success.
• Cutover Planning and Execution: Experience in meticulously planning and executing cutover activities during transformational phases is of paramount importance. Your strategic thinking, risk mitigation approach, and meticulous planning will ensure a seamless transition to the new operational state.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management and business analysis roles.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and business analysis software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
