The Role
As the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise and carrier sales strategies that drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. You will own the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation.
This role allows you to work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution, alignment of messaging, and maximum value for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise revenue growth in Australia through strategic account management and deal execution.
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), target accounts, and value propositions.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns and lead generation programs with enterprise sales objectives.
- Work with Product teams to provide market insights, influence product development, and ensure offerings meet client needs.
- Partner with Customer Success to maximize adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities, enhancing ARR.
- Maintain and optimize the CRM system (Pipedrive) and sales operations processes to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for strategic growth.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a high-performing sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise software sales and B2B SaaS sales leadership:
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in enterprise markets.
- Expertise in selling complex technical solutions to C-level executives.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional consultative selling skills, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with operational execution.
- Previous experience at companies like SAP, Oracle, Infor, Ortec, Quintiq/Dessault, Descartes Systems, or similar is highly regarded.
