The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize supply chain and omnichannel solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, delivering client-specific enhancements, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring successful integration of technology with client systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements onsite, guiding configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project implementation; manage project issue lists.
- Perform detailed designs for client-specific system enhancements.
- Mentor and support junior consultants in best practices and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with customer project teams and cross-functional internal teams.
- Test and implement interfaces between supply chain systems and external applications.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with API, Google Pub/Sub, Postman, and JSON.
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (e.g., IBM Sterling, Fluent Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in client-facing roles within supply chain or software organizations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
