We are seeking an experienced Engagement Director to lead complex supply chain and technology delivery programs. The Engagement Director will be responsible for ensuring that multi-workstream, high-impact programs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This senior leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, making it ideal for a delivery leader who thrives both at the executive and operational level.

As the Engagement Director, you will partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and commercial teams, while maintaining close collaboration with executive stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure that all initiatives not only achieve their objectives but also enhance long-term customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Engagement Director will be accountable for the end-to-end success of major supply chain and technology implementation programs, including:

• Leading large-scale, complex supply chain and technology projects across multiple regions
• Owning project governance, delivery outcomes, and overall financial performance
• Managing scope, risk, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
• Acting as the senior point of contact for customer executives, ensuring exceptional engagement and trust
• Providing leadership across change management, delivery strategy, and organizational transformation
• Resolving complex issues in dynamic or evolving project environments
• Influencing internal teams to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes
• Supporting account growth through strategic, trusted customer engagement

The Engagement Director ensures that every project is executed efficiently, with clear alignment to both business goals and customer expectations.

Skills & Experience Required

To succeed as an Engagement Director, you will bring:

• 10+ years’ experience leading complex software, technology, or supply chain programs
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-workstream initiatives on time and within budget
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management expertise
• Direct experience engaging with senior and executive stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience implementing Agile delivery methodologies
• Ability to lead teams through organizational change and transformation
• Willingness to travel as required for regional program delivery

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics, information systems, or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate qualifications, and a project management certification (PMI or equivalent), are highly regarded.
