We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive project governance, reporting, and delivery across regional cold storage and logistics infrastructure projects. This PMO Lead position plays a critical role in ensuring complex, multi-country initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
As a PMO Lead, you will establish best-practice governance frameworks, enable clear reporting, and support senior stakeholders with accurate insights across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
As the PMO Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and managing a robust PMO structure for regional infrastructure and logistics projects
- Developing and maintaining standardised governance processes, reporting templates, and communication frameworks
- Supporting project leads across multiple countries to ensure consistent project execution
- Coordinating with operations, finance, developers, design consultants, and contractors
- Monitoring project schedules, resources, risks, and budgets, with clear escalation and corrective action recommendations
- Preparing dashboards, reports, and executive-level documentation for senior leadership
- Ensuring project compliance with internal delivery standards, governance frameworks, and regional requirements
This PMO Lead role requires confidence working across multiple stakeholders and time zones, while maintaining clarity, structure, and accountability.
Skills & Experience Required
To succeed as a PMO Lead, you will bring:
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience producing project schedules, Gantt charts, trackers, and dashboards
- Hands-on experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different regions
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- A solid understanding of PMO best practices, governance frameworks, and performance metrics
An effective PMO Lead is someone who combines structure with flexibility and can translate complex project data into meaningful insights.
Qualifications
The ideal PMO Lead will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 5–8 years’ experience in project management or PMO roles
- Exposure to logistics, cold storage, consulting, or industrial infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end, from planning through commissioning
