Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Manage tender and quotation processes — from documentation and evaluation to negotiation and contract award.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet operational and maintenance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost savings and service quality.
• Prepare presentations and reports to support management decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• Qualifications in Contract Management or related discipline (preferred).
• Strong understanding of tendering and contracting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards (or similar systems).
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in contract management within mining, refining, or heavy industry.
  Australian PR or Citizenship required.
