Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Manage tender and quotation processes — from documentation and evaluation to negotiation and contract award.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to meet operational and maintenance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements for cost savings and service quality.
- Prepare presentations and reports to support management decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
- Qualifications in Contract Management or related discipline (preferred).
- Strong understanding of tendering and contracting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JD Edwards (or similar systems).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in contract management within mining, refining, or heavy industry.
Australian PR or Citizenship required.
