A bespoke discounted model is tailored for each client, focusing on the number of positions and the depth of assignments. Bastian recommends this Recruitment-as-a-service model for clients  looking to outsource a minimum of 10+ roles within a  12 month period.

Bastian’s RaaS is structured as follows:

One year:
12 months subscription for $5,000 per month:
All placements up to $200k at 15%
All placements above $200k at 18%

12 months subscription for $8,000 per month:
All placements up to $200k at 13%
All placements above $200k at 16%

Two years:
24 months subscription for $5,000 per month:
All placements up to $200k at 13%
All placements above $200k at 16%

24 months subscription for $8,000 per month:
All placements up to $200k at 12%
All placements above $200k at 15%
