About the Role

As a Mechanical Fitter in the Packaging Team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the brewery’s production lines. From working with state-of-the-art robotic and packaging technology to supporting continuous improvement projects, this role is hands-on, dynamic, and essential to the success of the operation.

You’ll work across rotating shifts (AM, PM, and Night), with a 7-day roster during peak periods – perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and repair packaging and brewing equipment to keep production running smoothly.
Develop specialist technical skills across advanced robotics and automation systems.
Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with production teams to drive efficiency.
Supervise contractors on-site and champion a safety-first culture.

What You’ll Bring

Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent).
Experience in packaging, beverage, or processing environments (highly regarded).
Problem-solving mindset and confidence making decisions in dynamic situations.
Previous experience in brewing or manufacturing is desirable—but not essential.
You must be a PR or Australian citizen.
