The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer with years of experience, you will make a significant technical contribution to the successful delivery of the various business priorities as well as continuous improvement of the cloud-based logistics management system.

You thrive in vague and complex situations where the correct path forward isn’t always clear. You enjoy collaborating with peers to deliver the right solution and you are passionate about crafting phenomenal products to deliver real value for users.

Our client is currently going through a major technical transformation and essentially wanting to move across to microservices.

The tech stack being used is Java as a core language, react on the front end eventually, AWS Postgres, SQL DB. This role will also eventually manage a small team.

You’ll play a meaningful role in:

• Working on a mature & high-volume SaaS application
• Building applications that scale for rapid growth
• Protecting the security and privacy of user data and architecture
• Have real involvement in the business direction of the product
• Be across the full development cycle
